I'm working on a new plugin for WSL: FOR REVIEW

The script provides functions for interacting with directories and files of a Windows user in the WSL environment. Useful aliases have been added to simplify common operations such as changing directories, opening files in Vim, and creating directories. Additionally, errors have been fixed and code readability has been improved. I'm still working on it and looking to make further improvements. This contribution aims to enhance the user experience when working with files and directories in Windows-WSL development environments.
