Created a draft PR using the 150k values, but I'm hoping the 200k test passes as that looks like it has a lower draw rate ...

Edit: marked PR as "ready for review" since 200k test is not looking so good now, does have a lower draw % atm though. I plan to do some tuning at LTC later so perhaps that will produce a more aggressive setting ...

If you're not ready for it to be merged, then don't create a PR lol. Best just wait til the end when you have finished exploring and committed to your course of action, then create a final PR.

No no, I created a draft PR to get some feedback while the other test was still running. I don't know if it's possible to see that history now though?

Then I changed the PR to "ready for review" when the running test looked obviously worse.

In the past I've wanted to fine tune patches before getting them merged, but maintainers have been more keen on getting the merge done fairly quickly, so nowadays I tend to ask for direction a lot and go with what they want. It's that "one man one vote" thing - vondele is the man, and he has the vote :-)
