this is not an issue, but question need help,

  1. The Annex E1-3 and longitude angles for the Tx and Rx, one is in (0,360), the other is (-180, 180), I convert (0,360) to (-180,180) as the input, is this correct?
  2. In coordinates.c, it mentioned ‘ longitude must between 0 and 360’, is this just for Rx?
  3. I tested in Matlab that eq 167,187, is outside (-180,180) during some iterations, how do the cNequickJRC treat these cases? wrap to (-180,180)?
