Could be a single column alternating slides and notes, or slides/notes side-by-side?

(This implies we might also want a more clear name for the presentation view - 'list' could be a lot of things)

We could take the time here to name and sketch out all the views we want to support in a first launch of this tool. Something like:

single-item, slide only (presenting)
single-item, notes only (teleprompter)
grid, with both slides and notes
?? grid, slides only / notes only (are these useful?)
?? some better form of speaker view, similar to keynote/powerpoint ??
