The new launcher requires CXXABI_1.3.11, which isn't present in Stretch's libstdc++.

It seems that Bullseye is already working pretty well, so I expect we can just not worry about this.
Once we have a few desktops working well (and tested) on Bullseye I think we can upgrade all of them.
