Any idea how to handle the version scheme for this ? 4.00.0+jocaml. This will make packages with constraints on ocaml-version to stay available. I'm curious to see how many packages will continue to build with jocaml ...

yeah the + suffix seems appropriate for compiler variants. it'll certainly be nice to do a full package run with these variants and see how well 3rd party packages do!
