Knowledge - 404 Post Failed to trigger knowledge ingestion error seen when clicking "Save" after syncing of files is completed.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create an agent with knowledge files from onedrive/website.
2. Once file syncing is done, click on "Save"

Notice that we are presented with 404 Post Failed to trigger knowledge ingestion even though ingestion of files actually succeed . I am also no able to dismiss the "Add one Drive Modal".

If the page is refreshed , we are brought back to the edit agent page where we actually see the file ingestion is in progress and succeeds.

This issue is not seen anymore when testing with latest builds.
