Knowledge - OneDrive - Changes done to the synced onedrive files are not getting reflected in the knowledge files.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create an agent with knowledge files from onedrive link.
2. Edit the contents of one of the synced knowledge files from onedrive UI.
3. Use Sync Files option to sync down the changes.
4. I see the changes made to the file being downloaded to the workspace.
5. Chat with the agent about information in the updated file.
   I still get stale data and updated information (from step2) is not presented in the chat response.

Expected Behavior:
Updated information (from step2) should be presented when chatting with the agent.

This issue is not seen anymore when testing with latest builds.
