Lors d'un zoom sur un topo 3D, le zoom se fait par rapport au centre du modèle, et non pas par rapport au centre du zoom.

Du coup pour zoom sur un endroit particulier du topo, il faut déjà zoomer, puis décaler la vue, ce qui n'est pas très ergonomique
