- 1 package fettucini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmesan cheese to taste
This recipe is very simple yet fragrant and delicious. Although the original recipe (link below) intends it to be a side, this adaption is meant to be served as your main entree.
Boil fettucini pasta in salted water past al dente, but do not overcook. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in medium-sized pan or skillet over medium-low heat; cook and stir the garlic until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes. Do not burn the garlic.
Add hot cooked pasta to skillet and toss with olive oil and garlic mixture. Add the parsley, salt, and ground black pepper to taste.
Serve with fresh-grated Parmesan cheese.
