SUMMARY

This would improve UX on narrower screens since the amount value is usually more important than the fee value.

DESCRIPTION

Currently, on narrower screens one needs to horizontally scroll to be able to see the Amount:

FWIW, Etherscan also lists Amount before the Fee:
