Some of the parameters can provide better performance when we are compiling Arrow as shared library.
ARROW_JEMELLOC=ON
ARROW_SIMD_LEVEL=AVX512
ARROW_RUNTIME_SIMD_LEVEL=AVX512
It could worth to enable them by default to provide better performance for the customers.
