Doesn't work on markdown that isn't a top-level readme

For example, if you browse to just the Readme.md file:

https://github.com/nzoschke/gistdeck/blob/master/Readme.md

Then click the bookmarklet, it's just a blank screen.

Bump! Took a glance at the Bookmarklet and JS source, but it's not obvious why this doesn't work. Any thoughts?

This must be because this is designed to work on Gists, of which the Readme is not one.

From the recent release this has begun to work, but it needs some styling changes to hide some things and make it consistent with gists.
