Currently, Tauticord passes the Plex Media Server memory and CPU usage to Discord, but without the larger context of the system memory also showing, you don't really get the full picture. If the server is almost out of memory or the CPU is pegged by another process, but Plex isn't the culprit, the info on Discord isn't really super useful.

It would be nice if it also showed the system metrics that Plex reports, or if you could toggle between showing one or the other. I run Tauticord on the same system, so even showing the cpu/mem of the Tauticord host would fulfill this in my use case, but I understand that's not helpful for those who have the two hosted on separate machines.
