[Imprv] Add example for storage policy

Please add examples for storage policies. Create/update/delete/map to categories.

Current behaviour
No examples exist at the moment.

Expected behaviour
Examples for how to create, update, and delete storage policies, how to map them to categories, and setting the options within them, such as compression, encryption, RF level, and storage QoS IOPS and throughput settings.
