Describe the bug
When having multiple PE registered in PC, while creating a Subnet maybe wrong virtual_switch_uuid is discovered, API Task will fail with: error_detail": "INTERNAL_ERROR: Create subnet failed due to error kInvalidArgument: InvalidArgument: Invalid virtual switch reference, vSwitch doesn't exist"
