[Improvement] add no expiration as an option for reoccurring jobs

Describe the request
Add the ability to use no expiration for reoccurring jobs in end date field or as another attribute.

Current behaviour
Today when creating a reoccurring job, the only option we have is setting a start date and an end date. There is no option to set no expiration like we can do in the GUI.

Expected behaviour
Set the reoccurring job as no expiration and the job won't expire.

Issue is fixed in DSL v3.7.2.2 release, Hence closing it.
