It is possible to move pinned tabs in front of non-pinned tabs

Describe the bug
The behavior of tabs is significantly different from default (no smooth re-ordering for instance), which is fine for me for the most part, but ability to mix and match pinned and non-pinned tabs seems to be more of a bug rather than a feature. Is it intentional?

I have a bunch of pinned tabs and when I was able to move one of them in the middle of non-pinned tabs I was surprised.
