Color Picker Changes RGBA color to Hex format

Changes my RGBA color to hex format when I select a color from the window.

When I have a an RGBA color I like to test the color at full transparency before changing it. But when I have the alpha value set to 1 and I select a color in color picker, it changes my RGBA value to a hex value. Then I can't change the transparency. It is easily worked around by changing the alpha value to .9. But it's really annoying.

Also I would love if it kept my RGBA format for the color when I sample a color. When I sample a color to change my RGBA color it changes to hex format.
