Based on Molly's request on community: https://community.mix.nuance.com/t/how-to-use-audio-files-in-the-test-client/4878

High level: When I test it in the demo tool, I can’t hear anything. I can see the backup TTS appearing in the logs, but nothing is played out.

Ask: Make backup TTS be played out by Demo client for voice output.
