現状の説明（要望など）
ある時（再現できなかった）にeve.jsonの欠損が発生するので、この問題の修正
課題・問題点（Slack URLでもOK、再現手順やエラーなど）
具体状況はこのスレッドに確認。
解決方針（Slack URLでもOK、改善案など関連があるファイル名を含める）
