fix(angular): do not wrap bootstrap call when setting up ssr in workspaces with angular >= 15.2.0

Current Behavior

When setting up SSR, the bootstrap call is wrapped to be executed on the DOMContentLoaded event. This is not needed since Angular 15.2.0 (angular/angular-cli@88fddc0).

Expected Behavior

When setting up SSR, the bootstrap call is not wrapped to be executed on the DOMContentLoaded event for Angular versions >= 15.2.0. For older versions, the bootstrap call will be wrapped.
