feat(core): remove git file hasher implementation

Current Behavior

There are three implementations of the file hasher:

• Native
• git
• node

Expected Behavior

There are now only 2 implementations:

• native
• node

We need to remove the git hasher for future implementations of partial hashing, which cannot be supported with the all or nothing nature of the git hasher.
