Fixes #1023 - Adds light and dark icons for the right panel.
The existing icons were circular with a dark background where the logo was a transparent cutout inside the circle. They did not show the icon logos well on either light or dark themes.
The new icons are 16x16 with a transparent background and colors matching the existing light
