With the switch from richford/cloudknot to nrdg/cloudknot codacy believes it is not receiving coverage information. We should fix this and then update the coverage badge in README.md

Ugh, @250 did not fix this as the coverage badge still reports 0% coverage. Leaving this open to until we fix the coveralls upload.
