Seems @zkat has left npm, and seems there are no replacements for her, so seems so, and considering how important she was at npm, and all the other people leaving npm this year, seems npm is in shambles

Looking threw her github activity, seems she left to work on this npm alternative along with ex npm @ceejbot

not a fan of yarn, deno, and tink coming up with different standards for the same functionality of
optimized, install-only-once dependency management done by the JS/TS runtime.
There needs to be some JavaScript foundation bringing everyone to the negotiating table so one standard can be agreed-upon for the sake of developers using and building on top of these tools.

@balupton it's a shame tink has not being worked on anymore, but entropic doesn't seem to be really active either? It's a sad life for npm
