Upgrade license to EPL 2.0 with secondary license clause since EPL 1.0 is deprecated #584

Short description

The Eclipse Foundation advises that version 1.0 of the Eclipse Public License is deprecated and that projects should migrate to version 2.0. (See https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/faq.php#h.60mjudroo8e5).

Please consider upgrading to EPL version 2.0. I believe this is as simple as replacing the LICENSE file with something like: https://github.com/eclipse/paho.mqtt.java/blob/master/LICENSE which is what the java paho mqtt client library has done.
