I believe @staab from https://github.com/staab/coracle is working on some ideas similar to this. I personally think that we must have people communities interested in specific topics running relays dedicated to these, and people can browse these relays to find new people and topics. See also https://t.me/nostrdesign/1367 and discussions around it. |
Indeed I am, a few things that need to happen first:
So give me a few weeks and I'll report back. |
Hey @staab did you figure out a way to do this |
This has become a status page for coracle development, so I'm going to go ahead and close this. |
Note: I’m not sure this is the right place to raise/plant my idea, very sorry for that.
Nostr addressed most of the issues with Mastodon but it missed the key issue of Mastodon.
Participants of the network want to follow content rather than people. We love some of the work done by people, but not every work. There should be a personalized algorithm that recommends content for you rather than queries others withes it will be boring.
I am suggesting implementing a federated learning algorithm around nostr for content recommendation. I hope we can use/make a popular model for this, which is generally available for free to use and modify.
