the part should be transparent has a gray overlay, I tried both regular video and hevc video

Sorry late response.
Now, Kitsunebi supports limited color range.
So, if your video is full-range, cannot mask alpha perfectory.

Note: @huiping192 is trying to fix alpha issue. If you difficult to convert video, try to this branch.
