The VNI ranges of the different interface profiles within the same TenantConfig are currently assumed to be distinct, with no overlaps.
Theoretically spekaing it is possible the same VNI to be configured into multiple profiles, e.g. when a tenant usable range is configured for both IPVLAN, and SR-IOV networking over the same network device etc.
To support this use-case automatic VNI reservation and freeing should be updated to reserve / free a VNI in all profiles.
