This library is tested to work with:

Noir ≥v0.35.0

Which were released in Oct.

Meanwhile Noir v1.0.0-beta.0 is now pre-released.

For better user experience with the version before it is stable released (and reaches a wider audience), update and ensure this library works with the Noir version

• Update this library's code and tests to work with Noir v1.0.0-beta.0 (if applicable)
• Update the Dependencies section in README
  • New noir-library-starter template for easy formatting reference
• Cut a new library release (if code or tests were updated)

Project Impact

This is a prerequisite to stable releasing Noir v1.0.0-beta.0.
