Add tools/dep_updaters to new deps #167

Make sure we are using a up-to-date version of our dependencies and it's cheaper to get the version of each dependency as I wrote in #166

The Node.js sometimes create a src/X_version. and update it through tools/updater.sh. If you prefer I can do that, but it will require creating an updater for all of our dependency (I was planning to do it in a second PR)
