LGTM, but can you try to keep the alphabetical order when destructuring ERR_ILLEGAL_CONSTRUCTOR
?
Use ERR_ILLEGAL_CONSTRUCTOR error instead of `illegal constructor` or `Illegal constructor` TypeError.
