Sorry about the spam, I submitted while I was still moving thing around in the agenda.

I've invited all three individuals who have requested to observe the meeting to join us.

For those who were not around in the last meeting we approached the discussion around features with a "yes and" approach. We are not currently determining which features we are going to settle on, or the validity of them. We are trying to identify all potential features of all potential use cases.

Please note that 14 members of the group have moved to an observer status since the last meeting. @nodejs/modules now has 28 active members, meaning that to achieve quorum we need 14 people in the meeting Wednesday.

I think it could simply a bit the process if you add the observers in the @node/modules (or separated because of permissions) so you can ping all of us at the same time.

@xtuc we currently have subgroups for both active members and observers under the modules team. Once you are officially added, you will be added to the observers team and be pinged when the team is pinged
