Public participation

We stream our conference call straight to YouTube so anyone can listen to it live, it should start playing at https://www.youtube.com/c/nodejs+foundation/live when we turn it on. There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. So be patient and it should show up.

wrt #1133, Google Group should work to invite everyone to the TSC meetings. It definitely works for folks on gmail, not sure how well it'll work for folks on other platforms (at the very least I think they'll receive an invite via email, and reminder if we decide to configure reminders). I can add everyone to the Google Group I created if there are no objections, or I'd like some volunteers (preferably who aren't on gmail) to test it out further. The only downside for the Google Group approach is that it's one more thing to watch for during onboarding/offboarding.

I'm on gmail, but happy to be a volunteer for testing.

Seems like we have a light agenda, can we discuss #1156 if we have time?

I would like to call @nodejs/tsc attention to openjs-foundation/cross-project-council#756 and openjs-foundation/cross-project-council#759, which are OpenJS Foundation Cross Project Council discussions around a community fund.
