There's usually a short cat-herding time at the start of the meeting and then occasionally we have some quick private business to attend to before we can start recording & streaming. V8 currency:

• V8 9.2 landed on Node.js 16.6.0.
• No issues with V8 9.3 integration (deps: update V8 to 9.3 node#39469). Waiting for stable release on 2021-08-31.

I probably won't be able to attend the meeting today. On #1062 (Moderation Team Certification), we have enough TSC approvals to declare it done and close it. I think as long as there are no objections placed in the issue (or in TSC private email) between now and the meeting, and as long as there is no opposition at the meeting, we can close that issue.
