Working in a web interface for clamour, i found a problem.
According to the clamour specifications:
Once a petition has been registered on-chain, anyone can vote for it by staking a block with the CLAMspeech field set to: clamour where is the 8 hex digit petition ID of the petition being supported.
But when the config file have rewardto set, the transaction with the coinbase does not have a clamspeech: only the first transaction, the one sending the clams to the wallet receiving the stake.
