Add Item Use Case: 1 Input + Output Boundary and Input and Output Data for every kind of item

Before we had a different input/output boundary and input/output data class for each kind of item, Actionable Item, Reference Item, Delayed Item, etc.

Working on making sure that all types of item go through one input boundary and not have multiple types of interface adapters per item.
