Items should be organizable into projects

Right now, even when users can view their projects, they'll all be in one long list. It'd make sense to let users split them up into projects, like folders, so they can consider a whole project at a time.

For example, instead of having items like "CSC207 - implement this", have a "CSC207" project with an "implement this" subitem.
