Notification panel & new mail icon do not disappear

Using MinTrayR 1.0, Thunderbird 45 & Windows 10. When opening a Thunderbird window to view new mail, the New Mail icon on Window's tray does not disappear. Also, when viewing the Windows 10 Notification panel that pulls up from the tray and then opening a Thunderbird window, the Notification panel does not go away. both of these occur only when MinTrayR is enabled. When I disable it, both of these functions behave properly.
