Conditionals on Handlebars

Can you consider updating Handlebars, please? The version in use doesn't allow else if.

Understand now. We use the PHP version of Handlebars (https://github.com/XaminProject/handlebars.php) and looks like this if else helper is not working correctly. Maybe someone could help with fixing it.
