In the CSV output, formatting the stats that have ranges like "10-27" rather than "10 to 27" makes Excel screw it up and format them as dates or other gibberish, and even changing the column format to general or text won't fix it. The other option would be to put a single-quote character in front of the numbers in those columns, which Excel interprets as making it a text value.
