Multiple bug fixes:

Input keyboard no longer restricts the number separator for some languages.
Data retrieval for IXIC and DJI fixed after provider API removal.

NB: This release effectively replaces version-69 since there was a less than 50% roll-out of that version. As such the change log is the same.
