this came from the nomad refactor ticket
migrate nomad from host to container
- see the excellent work by multani
- push this downstream, as the nomad binary should be baked into the AMI so whether nomad is in a container or host isnt a priority
- maybe ignore this altogether (see Release official Docker image of nomad hashicorp/nomad#6487 )
