Idea: replace display:none

Currently you use dsipay:none to hide the button who not needed. But many css-framework (e.b. Bootstrap) use :first-child :last-child (e.g rounded border). And with display:none it looks most time wrong. I think its a better idea to really remove/add the buttons. Maybe if i find some time, i will try it and make a PR, because i can see you are active :)
