Cannot assign Workspace 10 to monitor

Describe the bug
I have 3 monitors, two are external and one is the display of the mac book. I have configured 10 workspaces where, as it is customary, the 10th is mapped to cmd+0. I have mapped 1 & 2 to the macbook display while 7 - 10 to one of the two external monitors.

Issue: when issuing cmd+0 the workspace is bound to the mac display (the "main" display) instead of the external monitor.

Expected: the workspace 10 (hence 0) should be mapped to the display like 7 - 9.

The configuration extract can be seen below.

Maybe I am assuming something incorrectly?
