There is now a library for pinvokes: https://github.com/dotnet/pinvoke

Try to add stuff that is missing in that library
Ditch HolzShots.Native

dotnet/pinvoke also seems to be deprecated. The new approach may use source generators:
dotnet/pinvoke#565
