Duplicate records in database

Describe the bug
Since updating to 14.2.5 I'm receiving duplicate records in NS.

To Reproduce
I cannot give exact way to reproduce, these records are sent by AndroidAPS 3.0.0.2 application, but as yo can see on screenshot - there are three identical records dated by same minute (only few seconds away from each other), sent by same device

Expected behavior
No duplicate records in database.

Additional context
I'm making data transfer tool from NS database so these duplicate values bother me very much. Also they seem to affect Nightscout's reports for avg calculations, for example.
