Receipt not sending after completed contribution #7

We have the email receipt sending enabled. We see no log of the email being sent in our email provider. What is odd is the receipt sent date doesn't make sense, as the date shown below (June 17th, 2022 12:39 PM) is the datestamp of when they landing on the thank you page which is when the contribution is in pending state. It only changes to completed status after making a BitPay donation on the thank you page. The actual contribution completed on June 17th, 2022 12:47 PM, which is when the contribution completed and therefore should trigger the email to be sent.

Note, the contribution page in question works just fine using Stripe as processor and sends receipt. We did another test of a successful BitPay contribution and that contribution stayed pending.
