Add testing github action

Add action with github actions to automatically build and test the framework.

We can also add requirements like unit testing requirements and a framework to ensure our future tests do not break the previous ones.

This should also include a robust build pipeline for the client and server (at least for testing purposes) to ensure that the project can build without errors.

This testing pipeline can be just a simple build for right now, need the workflow in place.
